My Financial Aid

Welcome to the Santa Rosa Junior College Student Financial Services online Financial Aid System: myFinancialAid. This is the way Financial Aid, Scholarship, and Veterans Affairs will communicate with you regarding your financial aid. Through this information portal, you can:

  • Complete the financial aid application
  • Check the status of your application
  • View a list of documents we've received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding
  • View your financial aid awards (including scholarships, if applicable)
  • View your student loan history
  • Check the status of your student loans for the current year.

You must have a current SRJC student identification number already established at Santa Rosa Junior College and submitted a financial aid application (or been award a scholarship through SRJC) in order to use this system. If you have not started the financial aid application process, start now by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 001287, on your application and we will automatically receive a copy.

Remember to apply for SRJC Scholarships! Visit the Scholarship Office's web page for current opportunities.

Once we receive your information from either of these applications, you can then start using this system.

Terms & Conditions:

The SRJC Financial Aid, Scholarship, and Veterans Affairs Offices will communicate with me through myFinancialAid. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, I agree that it is my responsibility to check myFinancialAid regularly for important information regarding awards.

Awards are subject to the following conditions:

I understand that I must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) toward an eligible goal in order to maintain eligibility for financial aid. Academic progress is evaluated after each semester. The SRJC SAP policy is posted online at Click “Satisfactory Academic Progress” to learn more.

I understand that I must have a current educational plan on file by meeting with an SRJC Counselor.

All awards are based on full-time enrollment of at least 12 units. I understand that if I enroll in less than 12 units, that I may lose eligibility. Some awards may be pro-rated for less than full-time enrollment. For information regarding specific award requirements, visit your “myFinancialAid” portal.

I understand that the California College Promise Grant (formerly known as the BOG Fee Waiver) waives enrollment fees and a portion of parking fees and are subject to Satisfactory Academic Standards. They are NOT cash awards.

I understand that it is my responsibility to meet the requirements of each award and respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner. I understand that SRJC will communicate with me through email and myFinancialAid.
