Santa Rosa Junior College has partnered with BankMobile to deliver your financial aid and scholarship refunds. When it comes to deciding how you receive your refund, BankMobile offers two refund delivery options.
Option 1: Electronic deposit to an existing bank account.
Option 2: Electronic deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account.

Title IV Authorization
When you log into your MyFinancialAid Dashboard, you may authorize Santa Rosa Junior College to use your federal Title IV financial aid to pay certain charges on your student account that are not automatically allowable under federal regulations, including charges by Polly Hall, certain prior-year charges, and other educationally related charges. This authorization is voluntary. You may choose to grant or decline the authorization. Your choice will not prevent you from receiving Title IV financial aid. If you grant the authorization, eligible charges covered by the authorization may be paid from your Title IV financial aid, which may reduce the amount you need to pay out of pocket. If you decline the authorization, your Title IV financial aid will only be applied to charges permitted under federal regulations. Any remaining balance that is not eligible to be paid with Title IV funds will remain due to the College, and you will be responsible for paying that balance through other means. You may rescind your authorization at any time by contacting Student Financial Services.
