When it comes to receiving financial aid refunds and other credit balances, you deserve choices! Santa Rosa Junior College delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. You will select your refund preference using your personal code which will arrive in your Refund Selection Kit. This kit will be sent in a bright green envelope to your address on file with Santa Rosa Junior College.
New students, who are enrolled and have a FAFSA on file with Santa Rosa Junior College, will receive a Refund Selection Kit that comes in a bright green envelope mailed to their address of record. Receiving a Refund Selection Kit does not guarantee financial aid. Santa Rosa Junior College must have your current mailing address in order for you to receive the Refund Selection Kit. It is your responsibility to update your address. Please go to SRJC Login Portal immediately and take a moment to review the address on file.

2. In your green envelope there will be a unique Personal Code which you will need to select your disbursement method. If have lost your Personal Code you can request another code by contacting the Santa Rosa Junior College Financial Aid Office at 707.527.4471 or financialaidgeneral@santarosa.edu
